TÜV SÜD Attends GILE 2022 to Help Companies Improve Quality of Lighting Products Through One-Stop Testing and Certification Solutions

At the 27th Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition (GILE 2022) during August 3-6, TÜV SÜD showed its one-stop testing and certification solutions for lighting products and accessories and held a seminar on “global requirements on market access for lighting products”, aiming to help companies make their products more competitive and expand their business globally.

At GILE 2022, it not only showcased its testing and certification solutions for lighting products and accessories, but also highlighted its new services such as cybersecurity for consumer IoT devices, TÜV SÜD Product Test Label, product carbon footprint assessment, and carbon footprint/carbon emission of organizations. On the first day of the exhibition, Mr. Chen Qiuhong, expert from TÜV SÜD, introduced global requirements on market access for lighting products and updates of regulations by different countries online. He also analyzed cases of lighting product recalls in the EU to help companies learn about precautions and avoid product removal and withdrawal.
