TÜV SÜD Launches “Adaptive Safety & Security System”

Industry 4.0 (I4.0) has already become a reality across industries and organizations with its unprecedented potential for higher flexibility, customization and efficiency levels. TÜV SÜD addresses this challenge with a novel solution: Adaptive Safety & Security System (AS3). AS3 assists companies in navigating complex risk landscapes in both virtual environments and real-world applications. The solution is a new method based on dynamic risk assessment. The AS3 engine analyzes and processes the "digital physical security and information security archives" of the actual industrial scene, and conducts risk assessment automatically in real time.

Embedding physical security and information security into your Industry 4.0 solutions will build the trust and confidence of owners and operators. As part of the digital twin of industrial components, AS3 can be used for offline risk analysis simulation during the design phase.
