TÜV SÜD Issues CE Certification to Charging Facility Manufacturers, Paying Attention to V2G Development Trends

TÜV SÜD recently participated in the 2021 Shenzhen International Charging Station (Pile) Technology and Equipment Exhibition. The certification institution demonstrated the testing capabilities of the newly built TÜV SÜD Guangzhou Testing Center and its new certification programs at the exhibition, where more than 10 Chinese charging facility manufacturers received the CE certification from TÜV SÜD. 

The development of "vehicle-to-grid" (V2G) in China is particularly worthy of attention. TÜV SÜD is committed to providing certification and testing services relevant to vehicle-mounted and non-vehicle-mounted power-electronic devices, communication protocol consistency and interoperability, and grid connection compliance requirements set by various countries. TÜV SÜD has been deeply involved in the new energy testing and certification market in China. Recently, TÜV SÜD Guangzhou Testing Center has been completed and put into use, covering new energy power batteries, energy storage batteries, energy storage systems, and charging systems for safety, performance, grid connection, electromagnetic compatibility, The communication protocol and functional safety provide domestic leading testing capabilities.
