TÜV SÜD Issues Its First Recycled Content Verification Statement Worldwide to Implement Sustainable Development Goals

TÜV SÜD conducts desk and factory verification on products upon receiving recycled content verification claims. If the verification passes, TÜV SÜD will issue an official verification statement. After gaining customer’s consent and authorization, TÜV SÜD will publish verified products’ information on its traceability platform, so that products using recycled materials can be traced in the whole supply chain.

TÜV SÜD conducted a series of verification on the first client’s products in terms of production and marketing chain for custody and traceability in accordance with its recycled content verification standard. Under the joint efforts of its Chinese and Singapore teams for nearly 3 months, the client passed the verification and gained TÜV SÜD recycled content verification report and statement.
