TÜV SÜD issues first functional safety certificate for high-power pitch drive in China to Inovance Technology

Recently, TÜV SÜD issued the first functional safety certificate in China for PD802-4T80F high-power pitch drive manufactured by Shenzhen Inovance Technology Co., Ltd. (Inovance Technology). This indicates the product’s system safety reaches SIL3 and PLe, the highest safety level certified in the global wind power industry. Mr. Boris Ouyang, General Manager of TÜV SÜD Guangzhou Branch, Mr. Song Lei, Manager of GCN IDP, Mr. Li Ruilin, Vice President of Inovance Technology, and Mr. Yang Ke, Assistant Director of R&D at Inovance Technology, attended the certificate awarding ceremony.

German and Chinese technical experts at TÜV SÜD assessed the functional safety of PD802-4T80F high-power pitch drive manufactured by Inovance Technology, and confirmed its safety reaches SIL3 and PLe, the highest safety level certified in the global wind power industry. This means PD802-4T80F is world-class high-power pitch drive, which makes Inovance Technology a leading enterprise in the industry. This also enhances the confidence of GCN functional safety experts to better serve Chinese enterprises. Mr. Boris Ouyang presented the certificate to Mr. Li Ruilin and expressed his warm congratulations.
