3d printing technologies used for production on demand – what needs to be considered?

3D printing machines are capable to print on demand spare parts and end use components. The component approval often falls under regulations.

In this webinar we look into what is crucial to achieve highest quality of additive-manufactured parts and provide a brief overview of how additive-manufactured parts are approved within regulated industries. We will also cover general aspects of printing spare parts like IP rights, material and technology readiness.

Key topics covered:

  • Global supply chains at risk

  • How can AM technologies help and in which fields?

  • How to ensure high quality results for additive-manufactured parts

  • Overview of approval processes in regulated industries
